We use your mobile information to send property-management related texts you have consented to receive, such as rent reminders, portal / payment notices, maintenance and inspection scheduling, lease renewal notices, emergency/building notices, and owner updates, and to process STOP / HELP requests.
No sale or sharing of mobile information for marketing
We will not share or sell your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers (including Twilio and our property management software) process data only to deliver our communications and operate our systems.

Message frequency varies based on your account activity (for example, rent due dates or open work orders). Message and data rates may apply.
