We understand that a pet plays a significant part in many
people’s lives, so we strive to allow most animals in most of
our rental properties.

247 Property Management uses a third-party pet screening service to ensure all applicants understand and adhere to our pet and animal policies. Even if you do not have a pet or an animal, all applicants are required to complete a Pet, No Pet, or Animal profile for their rental application to be complete.
What is PetScreening?
PetScreening is a simple and secure way to manage important information about your Pet or Assistance Animal. If you have No Pet or Animal you are required to complete the screening process at no charge ($0) to acknowledge applicable no pet policies.
The per pet application fee is as low as $20 for the first pet and $15 for every additional pet. Each pet profile must be processed separately but the multi-pet discount will be automatically applied to any additional pet profiles processed.
There is no charge ($0) for submitting a reasonable accommodation request for an assistance animal. It will be reviewed by our legal review team per the FHAct guidelines. Please be aware of your state’s statutes or local ordinances, if any, for criminal offenses and/or penalties for committing assistance animal fraud.

If you have a household pet accompanying you within your home.
Upload pet photos and input breed information, vaccination details, and
behavioral history.
Assistance Animal – Free
If you have an assistance animal, support or service.
Upload pet photos and medical documentation, if required. Input breed
information, vaccination details, and behavioral history.
No Pet/Animal – Free
If you do not have any pets or animals.
Affirm your property’s affidavit and understand the pet policy in place.
